As part of the design team, I played a pivotal role in supporting this mission by developing global print and web templates that streamlined branding and communication efforts.
In addition to template creation, I updated all marketing assets to align with Salesforce’s refreshed brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across materials. My responsibilities also included managing design requests from various teams, delivering crisp and polished assets that enhanced Salesforce University’s visual identity and user engagement. Salesforce University Instructor Led Course Catalog
At Salesforce, we understood that learners have diverse needs and preferences when it comes to training. The challenge was to create a comprehensive guide that showcased the variety of training offerings and modalities (clouds), enabling users to choose topics and delivery methods tailored to their goals. I played a key role in designing this guide, which allowed users to navigate the Salesforce University course catalog by product or role.
By providing clear pathways to the right training options, the guide empowered individuals to identify the resources they needed to succeed and maximize the value of their Salesforce experience. This thoughtful approach not only simplified the user experience but also reinforced Salesforce University’s commitment to delivering accessible and impactful learning solutions.

Catalog Design
To address the challenge of streamlining course navigation, I developed a solution that organized all Salesforce University courses by their associated cloud. This structure provided potential clients with a clear and intuitive way to explore training options aligned with their specific needs.
I condensed course details into an abridged format, offering a quick, high-level overview of key information such as course outlines, requirements, timelines, and delivery formats. By leveraging the unique cloud color system, I designed a comprehensive catalog that was both visually engaging and easy to navigate across printed and digital formats.
This approach ensured that users could quickly find the training they needed while maintaining the clarity and professionalism expected from Salesforce University materials.

Salesforce University Marketing Collateral
In addition to designing the Salesforce University course catalog, I was responsible for creating compelling marketing materials that elevated the visibility and appeal of the program. These included large-scale billboards for Dreamforce, environmental posters, seat drops, and swag items, all designed to engage audiences and leave a lasting impression.
I also developed internal infographics for quarterly checkups, ensuring clear and impactful communication within the organization. My contributions extended to national and world tour events, where the new client-facing promotions and event seat drops led to a 20% increase in course sign-ups. This work demonstrated the power of cohesive and visually engaging materials to drive user engagement and achieve measurable success.
